Service Description

Includes Free Online Program (no expiration) + Out of Class Practice Hours ✨ Step into a whole new dimension of pole movement with Strap Pole. In this beginner-friendly series, you’ll learn how pole and aerial straps combine to create a strong, dynamic, and confidence-building experience. Strap Pole uses aerial straps attached to the top of the pole, giving you added support while also challenging your strength, stability, and control. This unique apparatus allows you to explore spins, holds, shapes, and transitions with more versatility—bridging the gap between pole and aerial. Throughout the series, you’ll learn: • How to safely use straps and pole together • Beginner grips, holds, and supported shapes • Conditioning drills to build upper body and core strength • Controlled transitions between pole and straps • Introductory static holds and dynamic movements • A short combo to connect strength and flow No prior straps experience is needed. This series is perfect for newer pole students looking to build strength, or anyone curious about incorporating aerial elements into their pole practice. Build strength, explore new movement pathways, and level up your pole training in a whole new way. ✨
