Service Description
Class is taught by Codi Herr, qualified, certified personal trainer, pole dancer and former gymnast. Trust us, you do not need more than 40 minutes. **BRING: a booty band if you have one, water, and dumbbells if you have them This class is non-stop movement and will help you prepare for all the pole tricks as well as help you gain stamina for those longer flows! Each workout is specifically designed to increase strength, conditioning and mobility for participants for pole progression and injury prevention.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELATION FOR CLASS BOOKINGS (SIREN POLE DANCE, AZUSA, CA LOCATION): To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 8 hours before your class. Send text to (626) 246-6868 with your name, email, and date/time you're canceling/rescheduling. Note canceling within 8 hours of class start time will charge full amount of class or forfeit any applied credit. If canceling 8 hours or more before class start time, you will be automatically credited back to your account (please allow up to 24 hours for credit be returned to your account).
