⛓️💥 Experience the unique bliss of Aerial Chains! Learn a new combo, unlock some pretty shapes and walk away feeling strong and sexy! ⛓️💥
👯 Dress Code: Dress in whatever makes you feel confident and is easy to move in! (leggings, shorts, fishnets, etc is all good! Layers help with pressure and will make moving in the chains a bit easier but are not mandatory). Heels are welcomed!
1 hour and 30 minute class ♦️ First 20 minutes will include stretch, explaining basics and warm up in chains 40 minutes of demonstrating and teaching Aerial Chain combo of the night 30 minutes of playing with new combo, recording, playing with shapes, etc each student will have approximately 10 minutes each on their chains to do this, but recording throughout class is encouraged!
