About the event
This multi-level workshop is for aerial chain enthusiasts looking to grow their movement vocabulary. Students will learn a mix of level-appropriate wraps, poses and sequences. Beginners will expand upon safe fundamentals, while experienced students will receive challenges to advance their practice and refine technique.
Students may bring heels but not required.
Wear anything you feel comfortable in, long comfy layers, or a sexy outfit!
Do NOT wear anything lotions or oils.
