Come defy gravity with Bama in this 5 week Aerial Pole Lab series only at Siren Aerial Fitness.
In this 5 week Aerial Pole Lab series, take your pole experience to new heights, literally. This aerial fusion lab combines traditional pole tricks with elements of aerial arts to build strength, flexibility, and control in the air. You’ll explore spins, climbs, holds, and inversions that flow seamlessly into elevated choreography on and off the ground. Expect a full-body workout that challenges your core, ignites your creativity, and pushes your boundaries—perfect for students looking to expand beyond the pole and embrace the aerial side of movement.
Level: Open to all levels, but a basic comfort with pole is recommended
What to Bring: Water, pole grip, and knee pads (optional)
What to Wear : We have both chrome and silicone aerial poles. Bring leggings and shorts just incase.
