In this class, we’ll explore the magic of the aerial hammock through a guided warm up, foundational poses, smooth transitions, and gentle inversions. Expect a blend of strength, stretch, and flow, plus plenty of time to feel supported, grounded, and confident in the fabric.
No prior aerial experience is required. Whether you’re brand new or have some aerial background, this workshop is about joy, exploration, and celebrating movement together. We’ll finish with a relaxing aerial stretch or cocoon moment to leave you feeling light, calm, and connected.
