Dynamic/Acro Style Tricks: More energetic and acrobatic elements, challenging your strength and agility. This may look like pops, leaps, flips, etc.
Russian XO/Hard Style: Embracing the intensity of hard style moves, this will incorporate powerful and captivating sequences with movements such as but not limited to kips, kicks, drop splits, etc.

Instructor Description:
- Genevieve has been pole dancing for a decade now. A journey that has combined her passion for health and wellness. She has a background in karate and certifications from XPOLE and Pole Dance Moves (PDM). Her style started off sport oriented but has developed into a dynamic, hard style, acrobatic blend. This past year, she earned her pro card in bodybuilding, further deepening her passion for fitness.
