Fundamentals to Climbs & Inverts
This workshop is designed for the beginner to high beginner/intermediate poler. The focus will be on fundamentals to build strength, technique, and efficiency in climbs and inverts. Various climbs will be taught including dismount climbs. Inverts will be taught from the ground. Aerial invert preps or inverts will be optional. Exploration of pole sits/levitation shapes and basic spins will be included to help form mini combos at the end!
Pre-requisite: 2-3 beginner classes preferred
