NSFW Pole Choreography: Christmas Edition with @angel_ladiosa_dance is a choreo workshop for anyone who wants to tap into their femme fatale energy while learning and honing different elements of choreography including: fluidity, performance, musicality, low flow, and base tricks.
The one hour and a half workshop will consist of a flexibility based warm up, and low flow choreography with base tricks.
Please bring a mat, heels, knee pads, and your favorite pole outfit.
