Service Description
Step into the air and discover your strength and grace in our Aerial Hoop (Lyra) class! Using a suspended steel hoop, you’ll learn beautiful poses, spins, and transitions that challenge your core, grip, and coordination. This class builds upper body and core strength while improving flexibility, control, and confidence. Perfect for all levels — beginners learn foundational moves, while experienced students explore creative sequences and dynamic tricks. What to Wear: ⚡Leggings or fitted pants that cover the backs of your knees to protect from hoop contact. ⚡A fitted top or leotard that won’t ride up when you’re upside down. Optional: bring layers (like leg warmers or a long-sleeve shirt) for extra comfort during conditioning and holds. ⚡Avoid zippers, buttons, and jewelry that could scratch the hoop or cause discomfort. ⚡Barefoot or with grip socks — no shoes.

CANCELATION FOR CLASS BOOKINGS (SIREN POLE DANCE, AZUSA, CA LOCATION): To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 8 hours before your class. Send text to (626) 246-6868 with your name, email, and date/time you're canceling/rescheduling. Note canceling within 8 hours of class start time will charge full amount of class or forfeit any applied credit. If canceling 8 hours or more before class start time, you will be automatically credited back to your account (please allow up to 24 hours for credit be returned to your account).
