IN THIS CLASS YOU WILL LEARN DIFFERENT INTRO TRICKS LEADING INTO A BEGINNER FOCUSED DANCE CHOREO.
What to expect:
Warm up tips and basic stretching
Basic movements including waist hooping, hand spinning and jump throughs
Intermediate techniques bringing dance movements into your flow
I will then teach you a step by step hula hoop dance choreo incorporating the tricks you’ve learned.
