6 to 9 feet of rope at least half an inch thick
7 to 9 rolls of tulle in the color of your choice
1 book or magazine or cardboard in the length that matches how thick you want your boa to be. I prefer very thick boas, so I use cardboard cut to a size 11"x17". We use this to wrap the tulle around to make the joints for your boa.
