Controlled Chaos (High Beginner 1-1.5):
This workshop is for students who have a foundational understanding of pole & heels work yet want to begin adding in tricks or flow elements to play with. Each session with Genevieve is an opportunity to challenge yourself moving in ways you may not naturally gravitate towards. Dynamic/Acro Style Tricks: More energetic and acrobatic elements, challenging your strength and agility. This may look like pops, leaps, flips, etc.
Russian XO/Hard Style: Embracing the intensity of hard style moves, this will incorporate powerful and captivating sequences with movements such as but not limited to kips, kicks, drop splits, etc.

Instructor Description:
- Genevieve has been pole dancing for a decade now. A journey that has combined her passion for health and wellness. She has a background in karate and certifications from XPOLE and Pole Dance Moves (PDM). Her style started off sport oriented but has developed into a dynamic, hard style, acrobatic blend. This past year, she earned her pro card in bodybuilding, further deepening her passion for fitness.
