1st week series: mobility, strength, flexibility and endurance. Learn some methods Kali Chaos uses to train safely and consistently to improve your skills on and off the pole
2nd week: $linky $lut$ a focus on floorwork, crowd engagement, developing your own movement accents
3rd week: CHAOS Pole Werk
Focuses on pole tricks and transitions and to obtain technique for certain pole wishlist tricks
4th week: Thee Force of Nature
