Experience a glitch in the matrix where laying down is your biggest source of power. We are going to move in a whole new dimension, where we can cultivate free flowing power. We will learn to throw, spin, collapse and expand to harness a dynamic form of expression and freedom. Expect lots of unexpected ways to twirl, spiral and travel across the floor as well as signature twisted favorites. Wear layers clothing, shoulders covered. Heels optional.
