Slithering Floor Play with @angel_ladiosa is a workshop for anyone who wants to tap into their femme fatale energy while learning and honing different elements of floorwork!
The one hour and a half workshop will consist of a flexibility based warm up, across the floor exercises, and a floor choreography touching on elements of fluidity, technique, sensuality, leg work, and floor tricks!
Please bring a mat, heels (preferably sandals), and knee pads!
