What to Expect
Pole dancing can seem daunting and scary, but YOU GOT THIS!
The hardest part is walking through the doors and the rest is about having fun doing a kick-ass workout!
You will sweat, and the first few classes might leave you feeling a little achy. This is normal and with more practice you’ll condition and strengthen making each class feel better than the last.
